Satelit is a name for the gallery of Slovak Design Center located in the center of Bratislava, right in the meeting corner of Marianska and Obchodna Street. The reason why I decided to write about Satelit gallery is straightaway. Firstly, it seems to me that people are not aware about it, so I would like to make it more visible. Secondly, I live 100 meters from there, so I somehow feel I should promote this place :) Thirdly, it is very nice and easy to get and definitely worth to stop by anytime when passing by.
Satelit organizes exhibitions, seminars, creative workshops and presents not only professional's works, but also student's projects from design area. I have been there several times and these pieces are from different exhibitions held in 2014.
